*To determine whether an order qualifies for any shipping discount, the subtotal of the order, after deducting any discounts and before tax and shipping, needs to meet the specified minimum. UPS Ground shipping will be selected for all qualifying purchases if the standard delivery service time is within 3 business days. Split USPS Priority shipping does not include the $3 handling charge, insurance charge, or any other additional service charges. Free Shipping does not apply to books, supplies, Starter Kit orders, drop-ship orders, or Gold Pass Store Voucher orders.
**All orders shipped via USPS are subjected to a $3 handling charge. Insurance is optional. Tracking services are not available for post office shipments. Credit for lost packages is issued only after we receive reimbursement from the USPS.
***International package may be subjected to additional fees and inspections, including custom clearance, duties, and import tax. Any fees imposed are the responsibility of the recipient. Shipments may be held and delayed, or refused entry by customs. Shipments held or refused by customs will only be issued a credit (minus any shipping cost) after the order has been returned and received by Evergreen.
Herbs can be drop-shipped directly to your patients.
Drop-ship orders are shipped out via USPS Priority Mail and actual shipping charges apply. Special shipping rate/discount does not apply to drop-ship orders.
There is no additional fee for drop-ship orders placed on our website. However, a $5.00 USD service fee per order will be added to drop-ship orders placed by phone, fax, or email.
To place a drop-ship order on our website, simply enter your patient's name and address under the shipping address section during checkout. You can also save their address and order for future re-order convenience.
Please make sure your patient's address is correct and complete. Any incorrect or incomplete address will result in a delay of the shipment delivery and an address correction fee of $17 (subject to change) will be charged to your account.

To maintain the quality and purity of products we provide to you, we can only accept returns of unopened herbal bottles made within 60 days of purchase. A full refund is given to returns made within 15 days of purchase. Returns made after 15 days of purchase are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns require a Return Authorization Number.
All sales are final for books and supplies.
Any claims for shortage or damage of products received must be made within 10 days of receiving the order.
We guarantee the safety and potency of our herbs. However, by law, we cannot guarantee any health claims or imply cure from use of any formula. To maximize clinical effectiveness, we have a dedicated herbal consultation line with trained experts to answer your questions.
Our products are sold only to qualified healthcare professionals and Traditional Chinese Medicine students who are familiar with the proper and safe use of herbs. The purchaser accepts full responsibility for the safe and proper use of the products, and agrees to indemnify and hold Evergreen Herbs & Medical Supplies, LLC harmless from any consumer claims against products supplied by them and their ultimate use.
