IMPORTANT NOTICE: USA Tariffs Impacting Evergreen Herbs

With recent developments in global trade, including new U.S. tariff policies that directly affect the importation of Chinese herbs, we understand this may feel overwhelming. To maintain transparency, we are providing an update on how it may affect our operations and the steps we are taking to navigate these changes.

On the morning of April 9, 2025, in addition to pre-existing tariffs, a new 10% tariff was imposed on all goods imported to the United States, including Evergreen Herbs products imported from Taiwan. Fortunately, the 32% reciprocal tariff for Taiwan has been paused for 90 days. However, given the evolving nature of global trade relations, the situation may continue to shift in the coming weeks.

In light of this development, and to ensure fair access to inventory for all customers, the following temporary measures will take effect:

• We will guarantee our current prices through April 30, 2025.
• Evergreen Herbs will absorb all pre-existing and additional 10% tariffs through April 30, 2025.
