  • Your Collection Formulas Voucher is typically available within 1-2 working days after purchase.

How to Redeem / Order

Use your Collection Formulas Voucher credit toward any Collection Formulas when placing your order online.

  • Log in to your online account and start shopping.
  • On the Check-out page, click on the box next to "Use my $xxx Gold Pass Voucher on this order."
  • Your voucher credit will automatically apply towards the Collection Formulas in your order.

Any remaining credit stays on your voucher until used or expires, whichever comes first.

Voucher Expiration

Use the credit on your Collection Formulas Voucher before its listed expiration date:

  • Gold Pass - 1 Payment: Collection Formulas Voucher expires on the same day your Gold Pass membership expires (1 year from purchase).
  • Gold Pass - Installments: A Collection Formulas Voucher is issued once a month. It is valid from the day the installment goes through and expires on the next installment date.

Additional Details

Please note that your Collection Formulas Voucher has the following exclusions/terms:

  • This Collection Formulas Voucher cannot be combined with any other offers (e.g., other vouchers, gift certificates, promotions, discounts, or specials).
  • This Collection Formulas Voucher does not apply to Classic single herbs, Classic formulas, books, supplies, tax, or shipping.
  • This Collection Formulas Voucher orders are excluded from free shipping. To sustain this sponsorship program, shipping will be charged to ALL Collection Formulas Voucher orders, regardless of the order total.
